Is it possible to take Natucinase with blood-soluble medicines?
The combined use of nattokinase with anticoagulant medications is not recommended, at least not if you take the usual dose. Otherwise, it can cause hyperhidrosis with internal bleeding (see also Side effects of nattokinase?).
Among the blood thinning drugs count
Antivitamin K / Coumarin. Phenprocoumon (as Marcumar) or warfarin,
Oral oral Gethealthyfreedom anticoagulants (eg, Rivaroxaban (Xarelto) or exxate oil dabigatran (Pradaxa)).
However, the reduction of the diluted drug dose to the blood and the consumption of nattokinase can be anticipated in small doses. However, you should discuss this entry or go out with your doctor.
Is it possible to take nattokinase with other drugs?
Regardless of the medications that need to be taken regularly, stop taking additional nattokinase with your doctor!
Are there studies that show the thinning effect of nattokinase?
The thinning properties of the blood of nattokinase have already been demonstrated in many studies: in animal studies, in laboratory experiments, but also in clinical trials. It has always been pointed out that nattokinase can dissolve blood clots, dilute blood and, therefore, can be used to support the cardiovascular system.
According to a study conducted in 1990, in dogs suffering from venous thrombosis of a large vein, four natukinase capsules of 2000 FU were sufficient to dissolve the whole blood in five hours and restore normal blood flow.
Since 1995, the study of nattokinase in mice with blood clots in the carotid artery was able to restore blood flow to 62 percent. The effect of blood coagulation was, therefore, greater than that of other blood enzymes (plasmin and elastase). The first could only improve blood flow by 15 percent, and the second could not improve it at all.
If the level of certain blood coagulation factors increases, the risk of blood clots and cardiovascular diseases increases. In a human study conducted in March 2009, three groups of participants received two nattokinase Gethealthyfreedom capsules per day (per 2,000 FU capsule). The three groups were healthy volunteers, on the one hand, on the other hand, patients with a certain risk of cardiovascular disease and patients on dialysis (who have a particularly high risk of coagulation). After two months, the coagulation levels were significantly reduced in the three groups. No side effects were observed.
A dose of natokinase was demonstrated in a double-blind, placebo-controlled trial in June 2015. Twelve healthy men received 2,000 niu-nifokinase fu or dietary supplements. In the next round they exchanged groups. In each case, the blood is drawn every two hours (ie, after 2, 4, 6 and 8 hours) and examined to determine the corresponding coagulation factors.
It was found that the amount of degraded products of fibrin and fibrinogen increased (how does natokinase work?), So the blood clots have been thawed. The amount of blood clotting factors increased and the amount of blood coagulation substances decreased until the clotting time, which means that the blood is now “thinner”.
All these changes remain within a healthy framework. So the blood did not thin out too much.
To see how natokinase can affect the risk of blood clotting, the development of atherosclerosis and cognitive decline in old age, a three-year clinical trial is underway. The first results are expected for September 2019.
